At Aurora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items in their original Aurora packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we will track the shipment automatically once it is scanned into the system.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
